Chedwich Antiques - a97 - Antique Victorian Brass and Cast Iron Cot/Crib, circa 1900

SOLD - This is a very sweet, unusual antique brass and cast iron cot/crib with drop down sides. It is Victorian, from the late 19th century, and comes complete with a bespoke mattress (with removable, washable cover) and supportive base. There is some of the usual wear you would normally associate with furniture of this age, some of the paint to the frame has worn and there are dents in the brass finials. The cot dismantles so is easy to transport, get up stairs etc and is very easy put back together. Overall a very charming piece.
