a7 - Antique French bed - Lovely caned antique Louis XV French double bed

SOLD - Beautiful antique French Louis XV caned bedstead. This bedstead was made in France around 1890/1900. The frame is made of solid walnut and cane is in very good condition. The cane on the head end is single cane, whilst there is a double cane on the foot end. The side rails are original. There is no woodworm.

Internal measurements - 55"1/2 wide by 77" long
This bedstead will take a standard double mattress (4'6 x 6'3), which we can provide or a shaped mattress fitted to the bed. We supply the bed with a fitted upholstered base.
